Wow House

Live Graciously In This Week's Wow House

Entertain in the custom dining room, chill in the media room or just enjoy the luxe appointments in this Niles home. Both the first and second floors have laundry rooms.

Nice yard for gardening? Check. Five bedrooms to accommodate kids and guests? Check. Big kitchen for when Giada De Laurentis comes over to teach a cooking class? Check. Plus a movie room with built-in sound, hardwood floors throughout, a steam shower in the master bath, and a total of six bathrooms. Both the first and second floors have laundry rooms, so no one in the family will ever again have an excuse for not having clean socks. The rotunda ceiling at the top of the staircase has circle crown molding, very similar to what the Medicis had in their Florence pad.
