Fashion Outlet Mall Coming to Rosemont
The 550,000 sq. ft. development will be west of the Akoo Theatre.
The Rosemont Village Board approved a series of ordinances that moves the village one step closer to a new fashion outlet mall and parking garage at a special meeting on Tuesday, Journal and Topics Newspapers reported. The new mall will be west of The Akoo Theatre at Rosemont, which was recently renamed. The previous name was the Rosemont Theatre. The Village of Rosemont held a job fair to fill positions at The Park at Rosemont this week, which is expected to open in the spring.
