Friday Blotter: Business Vandalized, Cars Burglarized

GPS stolen A GPS device was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 600 block of Metropolitan Way on Dec. 31. The suspect(s) broke the driver’s side window to gain access to the vehicle, the report stated. Business vandalism A store in the 700 block of Pearson Street had several of its windows damaged on Dec. 31. The estimated damage was placed at around $2,500, the report stated. Theft from auto A radar detector valued at around $200 was reported stolen from a vehicle parked in the 90 block of Walnut Avenue on Dec. 30. Stolen auto A car parked in the 2000 block of Pine Street was reported stolen on Jan. 2.
