‘Milwaukee Skyline,’ ‘Mirror Image’ Among Winning Des Plaines Camera Club Images

The Des Plaines Camera Club announced the winning images in its second fall competition on Sunday.

Winners of the Des Plaines Camera Club’s recent fall competition were announced in a press release on Sunday. The club meets twice per month, September to May, and members participated in the second fall competition at their meeting on Nov. 26. Des Plaines Camera Club members enter images in both print and electronic formats. Works recognized in the competition included the following images. Photos: Des Plaines Camera Club Winners in October, November

Awards for print of the month and digital image of the month were given at the club’s first meeting on Sept. 24.

The following information was submitted by Jane Ballengee of the Des Plaines Camera Club. The Des Plaines Camera Club hosted its first meeting of the season, and the first competition of the fall was Sept. 24. In addition, Awards went to Nora Liu for Japanese Anime Girl; Jane Ballengee for Respite, Tom Vincent for Fallen Berry, Marie Rakoczy for The Road. Honorable Mentions were given to Irene Szilagyi for Blooming Lilies and Tom Vincent for Sunflower Lunch. Visit the Des Plaines Camera Club’s website to view these and other winners.
