Des Plaines Man Tried To Have Six People Burned To Death

The Chicago Tribune reported that a Des Plaines man attempted to hire hit men to kill up to six people.

A Des Plaines man faces federal charges for attempting to hire hit men to kill six people, the Chicago Tribune reported. Zenon Grzegorczyk, 49, was arrested Thursday after paying $3,000 to undercover officers posing as hit men, the newspaper reported. The Daily Mail reported that Grzegorczyk came to the attention of federal authorities because he wanted to purchase arms and ship them back to Poland. The newspaper reported that Grzegorczyk's hit list of six people was motivated by revenge – he blamed the people on the list for his divorce.
