Retail Theft On Sept. 8 at 3:18 a.m., James Wayne Bolkovatz, 39, was charged with retail theft and criminal trespassing. Police noticed Bolkovatz pacing up and down the aisles at a 7-Eleven store at 1143 S. Lee St. before he fled. Bolkovatz made his way to the nearby Best Western Hotel, 1231 S. Lee St., where police caught up with him. He had been arrested for trespassing at the hotel and has no known permanent residence. Bolkovatz was found to have $2.48 worth of merchandise, including a Twix candy bar, and admitted that he took the items. Illegal Liquor Sales On Sept. 8 at 5:45 p.m., Victoria A.
