The reason that I give them such a low rating is not due to the service but the fact that they gave me a knee brace that they said would cost me $900 if I bought it without insurance and I went online to the Bledsoe Brace company and found it for $150. On top of that my insurance company was billed for only $500. I'm not sure where the lack of communication was but I feel lied to and will not go back to them if I need more services/braces.
