This office is not a good professional atmosphere. There are 3 Dental assistants (Mgr's) that run this office that are not professional and VERY RUDE and I will even add possibly prejudiced. They should NOT be working in any dental office because they have no idea what they are doing. My kid ended up with cavities that she didn't have when we first started coming to this place 2 years ago - she began their services with NO CAVITIES. After 6 months we decided to get her braces. They kept rudely calling to schedule her ortho appointments to receive payments without giving the regular normal proper care (cleaning). How does a dentist ignore the proper care of the teeth and just only be concerned with the braces and changing wires? ....ONE WHOLE YEAR WITHOUT CLEANINGS!!! - within the past few weeks had to take my child to another dentist to get the proper care for the new cavities she has thanks to the awesome care (sarcasm) of Dental Vue's Doctors and Associates. Don't be fooled by what's on the outside when you first walk in like we were. If you don't pay them monthly they will tell you that you can't be seen until you pay. Sorry but I thought a child needs the proper continued care regardless?!.....watch who you choose to care for your children's teeth folks!
