Ages 7+

A 4-day, intensive training session designed for dancers, looking to get back in shape before Fall session begins. Ideal for older more experienced dancers who are interested in auditioning for high/middle school Poms and Orchesis teams, as well as dancers who are in a dance performance/competition company. This is also ideal for beginner/intermediate dancers as well. Dancers will be separated by age and experience and taught in separate rooms. Dancers will not only get technique classes in multi-disciplines, but also be instructed in other aspects for dance training, including nutrition, dance history, anatomy, injury prevention, acting, and choreography. Students will leave this week feeling more prepared to start intense activity in the school year, and more informed on how to maintaintheir bodies throughout the entire season.

I believe the aldermen are Denise Rodd south of Dempster and Dick Sayad north. Contact them.Read More Although I do not live in Rodd's ward (Im in the 8th) I am somehow on her mailing list and she keeps wanting to know what she can do for me. Here is something.

I suggest contacting the alderman to raise the profile of what these streets need.
