Flooding Closes Oakton Community College
Oakton Community College in Des Plaines has been closed because of flooding.
Oakton Community College, 1600 E. Golf Road in Des Plaines, is closed April 18 because of flooding. A message on the college's website states that all classes are canceled.
However, the Student Leadership Banquet still is expected to be held tonight. The college is encouraging people to check back for updates after 2 p.m. or call 847-635-1699.
