Visit Oakton Community College

Thinking about life after high school? Then check out Oakton Community College. High school students and their parents are invited to visit Oakton’s Des Plaines campus, 1600 E. Golf Road, starting at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 21.

Sponsored by the Office of Student Recruitment and Outreach, campus visits feature information about admission, career and transfer programs, financial aid, student services, athletics, and extracurricular activities. Oakton faculty, administrators, staff, and students will provide tours and answer questions.

Oakton Community College offers associate degrees and certificate programs for students planning to earn a bachelor’s degree at a four-year college or university, as well as those preparing for employment in a variety of careers. Accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the College is recognized by the Illinois Community College Board and is a member of the American Association of Community Colleges.
