Sweet Treats: Art is so Delicious

Des Plaines Public Library, Neighbor

Art Workshop for Grades 5 - 8. Join local art teacher Christine Thornton for this fun, hands-on drawing program. We'll learn about Wayne Thiebaud, an artist famous for his colorful paintings of delectable desserts. Then we'll draw our own "Sweet Treats" from observation using colored pencil.
