Canine Massage Presentation
Jackie Limosani a member of Rand Park Dog Training Club will present the Winter Program this year - Canine Massage. Jackie is Nationally Certified Canine Massage Therapist from NBCAAM (The National Board of Certification for Animal Acupressure & Massage), member of IAAMB (International Association of
Animal Massage & Bodywork) and a member of Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy.
Jackie will discuss how massage will strengthen the bond between you and your dog, demonstrate various massage techniques you can use to calm, invigorate, and relieve stress and tension in your pets, as well as explain the physical and emotional benefits your canine companion will receive through regular massaging.
Have you ever had a massage? How did you feel afterward? Exhilarated, reduced pain and discomfort or calm and relaxed? Our dogs need massage too! Canine massage is so much more than just petting; it is touch with intent. Here are just a few ways that dogs from
puppies to seniors can benefit from massage…

Canine massage is not a substitute for nor intended to replace veterinary care. It is not a cure for disease or illness. It is a complementary form of health care. We recommend routine veterinary care for your dog. If your dog has any symptoms of
injury or disease, please consult with your veterinarian before starting any massage program.
