Several aldermen reported schedule conflicts.
The second of three budget hearings scheduled for Thursday has been canceled, TribLocal reported.
Several aldermen called in and said they had schedule conflicts, said Karen Kozenczak, director of media services. Officials are in the rescheduling process.
