Rep. Moylan to Host Town Hall Meeting

The meeting will be held March 28 at Des Plaines City Hall

 

With the Illinois House of Representatives currently active in Springfield, state Rep. Marty Moylan (D-Des Plaines) announced he will be holding a Town Hall Meeting in Des Plaines on Thursday, March 28 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Des Plaines City Hall at 1420 Miner St. in Des Plaines.

Moylan’s Town Hall Meeting will offer residents an opportunity to speak with Moylan as he begins his first term in Springfield. Moylan will be seeking input on current issues facing Illinois and will answer questions from the audience. This is the second stop of in his Town Hall Tour that Moylan is making throughout the spring legislative session.

“I am eager to discuss with my constituents’ the issues that affect them most,” Moylan said. “Engaging in an open dialogue is productive because it allows for a free exchange of ideas on both sides, which will help me to better represent their thoughts and perspectives in Springfield.”
