Mayor, Aldermen Hopefuls Pick up Election Packets

Races for Des Plaines city government start taking shape, Journal and Topics Newspapers reported.

Candidates for next year’s consolidated election began picking up election packets from the city clerks office, Journal and Topics Newspapers reported. Former Des Plaines mayor Tony Arredia and Sixth Ward Alderman Mark Walsten picked up packets to run for mayor.
