Veterans of Foreign War Post 2992 and American Legion Post 36 of Des Plaines will honor all veterans today in a brief ceremony at Lake Park Memorial Pavilion. The guest speaker will be Acting Command Sergeant Major Thomas Hoskins of the National Security Agency Support Command, who has served in Bosnia and Afghanistan.
