The security officer then called 9-1-1.

Earlier:

When police arrived on the scene, according to the report, they smelled alcohol on Martin’s breath, and she was again asked to leave the casino.

From there the situation escalated, and resulted in Martin being handcuffed and placed inside a squad car.

While the police officer was speaking with casino security officers outside the squad car, according to the report, Martin screamed and swore.

According to the report, Martin turned sideways in the car and kicked the window and door area with both of her feet.

The responding officer then noticed Martin’s left wrist was no longer handcuffed, and she was banging the window, screaming, according to the report, “Open the [expletive] door!”

Police and casino security opened the car door to re-cuff Martin. Martin was turned sideways in the car and had her feet first raised toward the responding officer. When the officer leaned in and attempted to grab Martin’s right wrist to remove her from the squad car and re-secure the handcuffs, according to the report, Martin grabbed onto the responding officer with her left hand. The responding officer told Martin to let go, and, according to the report, Martin then kicked the officer approximately two times while the officer told her to stop kicking.

The officer and casino security got Martin out of the squad car, and in a sitting position on the ground. They then attempted to put Martin flat on her stomach on the ground, according to the report, while she resisted. In the process, Martin struck the curb on the right side of her forehead and was bruised.

On the way to the police station Martin continued to use profanity.

According to the report, Martin said, “My dad’s a [expletive] cop you [expletive].”

She also said, according to the report, “Call me out on whatever you want, I’m not going to get convicted of [expletive],” “Got it babe?,” and “Whatever you think you got, you don’t.”

At the police station, according to the report, Martin began kicking the rear window of the squad car again, and was placed in a cell.

At approximately 1 a.m. on Feb. 12 Martin said she wanted to go to the hospital for the pain from hitting her head, and police took her to Northwest Community Hospital.

On the way to the hospital, according to the report, Martin continued to use profanity and said she didn’t need to go to the hospital.

Martin, according to the report, said, “I want to get the [expletive] out of here,” “I’m not paying for [expletive],” and “I don’t need to deal with your [expletive].”

Martin also said “I’ve got more money than you can [expletive].”

“Wait ‘til my father comes and my brother-in-law, you’re [expletive] done,” Martin said, according to the report. She also said, according to the report, “Sorry I’m beautiful.”

Martin was treated at the hospital and brought back to the station where she was charged with criminal trespass to property, disorderly conduct, breach of the peace, battery to a peace officer and resisting a peace officer. She has a court date of March 1 at Skokie courthouse.
