Punching, Kicking at Rivers Casino, More in Thursday Blotter

The following arrest information was supplied by the Des Plaines Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Des Plaines Police Department provided the following reports.

Battery

David Joseph Huber, 29, of St. Charles, and Michael A. Inendino, 21, of Stickney, were each charged with three counts of battery, police stated, after they were reportedly seen punching and kicking a casino patron and casino security guards at 2:09 a.m. on Feb. 10. Huber and Inendino were given a court date of March 14 at Skokie courthouse.

Criminal Damage to Property

An SUV parked in the parking lot of a church on the 2300 block of Dempster Street was vandalized sometime between 9:20 p.m. on Feb. 2 and 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 3, police stated. The driver’s side mirror was broken off and large scratches were found on the vehicle, according to the report. Property loss was estimated at $1,000.

Illegal Dumping

Seven bags containing leaves and branches were illegally dumped on a parkway on the 300 block of Dover Drive sometime between Feb. 4 and Feb. 8, police stated. The yard debris bags were partially frozen and ripped, according to the report, and public works was notified for cleanup.
