Man Caught With His Pants Down Charged with Soliciting Minor

A 37-year-old Schiller Park man has been charged with indecent solicitation of a minor, the Cook County Sheriff's office stated in a press release.

Erasmo Rodriguez-Apreza was charged after a Cook County Forest Preserve Officer spotted him on routine patrol in Thatcher Woods at 4:45 on July 26. Rodriguez-Apreza had his pants down and was with a 15-year-old girl.

Police said that Rodriguez-Apreza had picked up the girl in Maywood after she accepted an offer for a ride. He then drove her to Thatcher Woods and asked that she perform a sex act for money.

Indecent solicitation of a minor is a felony.

Rodriguez-Apreza is free on bail after his bond was set at $50,000. His next court date is Aug. 1 at the Maywood courthouse.
