I-294 Crash Sends One to Hospital

The crash happened near Des Plaines where I-294 and I-90 meet.

A semi-trailer truck and car crashed on I-294 yesterday near Des Plaines, the Daily Herald reports.

It happened at 4 p.m. where I-294 meets I-90. One person had to be cut from a vehicle, and was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital to be treated. No other serious injuries were reported, the newspaper reports.
