Soliciting without a Permit
Johnny Milton Carroll, 40, of St. Paul, MN, and Arthur Eric Vincent, 27, of Riverdale, GA, were issued citations for soliciting without a permit between 4:49 p.m. and 5:01 p.m. on July 27, police stated. The pair were reportedly selling magazine subscriptions for a company called Urban Development Solutions in the 2400 block of S. Scott Street.

Criminal Damage to Property

The east wall on the Christian Center, 815 S. Lee St., was vandalized with black spray-paint sometime between 10 p.m. on July 29 and 10:10 a.m. on July 30, police stated. Property loss was estimated at $200.

Burglary
A house in the 400 block of Radcliffe Avenue was burglarized sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 5:20 p.m. on July 30, police stated. The north side door, wood trim and lock were damaged, and items including jewelry, a watch and a car key were reported missing from the house. Property loss was estimated at $3,000.
