Disorderly conduct

June 21: A victim filed a report with police that while shopping at the business at the 1100 block of Oakton Street she noticed a leg out of the corner of her eye. When she looked down to investigate, she saw the offender lying on the ground looking up her dress. She screamed and called over to a worker.

The offender got up and went down one of the aisles. A loss prevention employee was able to locate the offender on a video recording, which showed the offender go down one of the aisles and leave the store before loss prevention could locate him.

The offender was described as a male Hispanic wearing a faded baseball hat, light colored shirt and dirty work boots, approximately 60 years old.

Theft of gas

June 23: Police responded to a report of theft of gas at the 10 block of W. Golf Road. A white male driving a blue Subaru Outback SUV stole 18 gallons of gas with a property loss of $73.45. The offender had a small child in his vehicle at the time of the theft.
