Des Plaines Police charged Melvin Turofsky, 69, of Niles with public indecency after he was caught masturbating at Mystic Waters Water Park in the 2000 block of Miner Street.
The incident happened on June 20 at about 1:15 p.m. According to the police report an employee of the park saw Turofsky committing the act. Police said Turofsky attempted to leave the park but was stopped by employees. His court date is July 5 at the Cook County courthouse in Skokie.
