Cop Fired For Internal Misconduct Allowed to Return to Work
The Chicago Tribune reports John Bueno can return to the police force in June.
A Des Plaines police officer fired last year for internal misconduct is allowed to return to work in the department, the Chicago Tribune reports.
An arbitrator ruled that John Bueno, who was suspended in October of 2011 for internal misconduct and was later fired in March 2012, is allowed to return to work in June. The police union and arbitrator agreed that Bueno was fired without just cause, the newspaper reports.
