Child Sex Offender Arrested in Abduction Attempt
Case involving 12-year-old boy is the latest against man with prior convictions in similar incidents.
A Des Plaines man was arrested in Elmwood Park on July 14 after he attempted to lure a 12-year-old boy into his vehicle on two occasions earlier this month, according to a story at Chicagotribune.com.
Jeffrey Jewitt, 29, has four prior convictions of exposing himself and served six months in jail after a 2008 conviction involving trying to lure two young girls into his vehicle in separate incidents.
