Burglary Charges Forthcoming for Des Plaines Men

Des Plaines police are still investigating how many burglaries, they say, two men are responsible for committing in the area.

Two Des Plaines men will face burglary charges following a surveillance operation conducted by the Park Ridge Police Department, according to a statement from Des Plaines police on Friday.

Mariusz Poplawski, 24, of Des Plaines, and Sebastian Dybala, 23, of Des Plaines, were arrested after police saw them rob a condo building, police stated.

Poplawski and Dybala were put under surveillance, police stated, after being identified as active burglars on the Northwest side of Chicago and in the Northwest suburbs.
