Papa Murphy's will donate 10% of all their sales to Lutheran Social Services of Illinois.

December 2, 2013. STERLING, IL- Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI), a United Way agency, and Papa Murphy’s are working together this holiday season and spreading the holiday cheer to everyone in the community and Illinois. On Monday December 2, 2013, Papa Murphy’s, located in Sterling, IL, is generously donating 10% of their total sales to LSSI’s Senior Services Program.

Lutheran Social Services of Illinois Senior Community Services provides senior protective services, intensive case management and stabilization services, home care services, Alzheimer’s & dementia care, respite care for caregivers and much more. Lutheran Social Services of Illinois provides assistance for older adults experiencing financial, exploitation, physical, sexual, emotional abuse or neglect with trained and certified elder abuse counselors to investigate and provide intervention, education and prevention services. LSSI’s goal is to provide seniors the support they need to live in a safe home and community with the highest level of independence.

Last year LSSI’s Senior Community Services provided thousands of seniors in nine different cities throughout Illinois with many of its services and strives to increase this number. With the holiday season upon all of us, LSSI and Papa Murphy’s would like everyone to come enjoy a delicious pizza and support the many seniors in the community on December 2, 2013.
