Former Des Plaines Alderman Clifford Nelsen passed away at the age of 85, the Journal & Topics reports.
Nelsen was a former alderman for the city and was a board member of the Old Des Plaines National Bank and Plaines Bank. He passed away on July 22 in Ocean Reef, Fla. where he lived with his wife, Cleon Fulle, according to the newspaper.
