Des Plaines Garden Club "Holly Day Wreaths!"

Fun with Flowers Workshop #1.  Liz Sauer, who has been our Fun with Flowers Chairperson for 10 years, will help us design and make a holiday wreath.  We will decorate an 18" grapevine wreath using silk poinsettias or flowers, pine branches, berries and fir cones.  Members shall purchase their own wreath, decorations and bring glue gun, wire cutters, wire and scissors.

Remember to bring a sandwich and our Hostesses will provide us with treats.  Our Horticulturist, Bob, will discuss "Organic and Sustainable Gardening."  How to garden without chemicals and recycling everything.
