Cooking Class and Chef's Table Experience

Join Chef Cameron Grant in the Fresco 21 kitchen for an interactive cooking class and Chef’s Table experience. 

Guests will prepare and enjoy shrimp Serrano, sherry glazed halibut and Italian donuts (details below), accompanied by a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Availability is limited, and the first 15 guests to make a reservation will receive a complimentary Fresco 21 chef apron. 

Specific food allergy? We can accommodate. Just mention it when you reserve your spot!

Shrimp Serrano: shrimp wrapped in Spanish ham, marcona almonds, roasted peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, olive oil

Sherry glazed halibut: vanilla bean beurre blanc, butternut squash puree, roasted asparagus

Italian donuts: raspberry & frangelico coulis, white chocolate shavings
