Des Plaines Garden Club January Meeting

Our program, "Conserving Our Natural Resources," will be a lecture by Tom Zyrkowski of the Local Izaac Walton League in Des Plaines.  We will learn the trends and actions being taken to help conserve our natural resources.  Don't forget to bring a sandwich and our Hostesses will provide us with treats.  Buy a $1.00 raffle ticket to win a fun item.  The raffle is held during dessert.  If you have some "winter" items, please bring them.  Bob Nicholson, our Horticulturist, will discuss, "Hanging Gardens of Des Plaines," during our meeting.  Anyone interested in becoming a member please join us .  Visit us on Face book-Des Plaines Garden Club
