Craft Fair to Benefit the Center of Concern

A holiday craft fair will be held Friday Dec 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday Dec. 8th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Park Ridge Presbyterian Church, 1300 West Crescent, Park Ridge.  Horse-drawn carriage rides – which include a pasta dinner and visit with Santa, will be available from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday.  Tickets for the carriage rides are $15.00 for adults and $10.00 for children.  Items at the craft fair include:  hand-crafted jewelry, doll clothes, sweaters, candles, candy, gift baskets, Park Ridge stationery and ornaments etc.  In addition, Avon, Pampered Chef and Simply Delicious representatives will also be featured.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Center of Concern, a nonprofit social service agency which provides housing solutions, counseling and support services for seniors, disabled, and others in need.
