Des Plaines Park District Fall Soccer Registration

August 27–October 18

Registration deadline is Placement Night: August 11


Registration fee until August 11: R: $55/NR: $69 (fees include required soccer shirt)
Registration fee after August 11: R: $65/NR: $79 (fees include required soccer shirt)
Registrations taken after August 11 will be added to the waitlist, if space is not available.
Please note: Due to the complications that arise from late withdrawals after the
formation of teams, there will be a $20 processing fee on any refund request after August 11
Open to boys and girls, 4 years through 8th grade.

Participants will learn how to play soccer while working on individual skills, such as passing,
shooting, offense and defense. Our coaches are trained volunteer adults.

Youth Soccer teams will be gender specific and age appropriate if enough boys and girls
register for each age group. Age groups with low levels of registration may be
combined into a co-ed team or mixed with another age group to fill the team roster.

All participants will receive a phone call from their coach prior to the first practice.

Participants will be evaluated and placed on soccer teams by the coordinators.

4 & 5 year olds - 5:00-5:45pm; First Grade - 5:45-6:30pm; Grades 2-3 - 6:30-7:15pm; Grades 4-5 - 7:15-7:45pm; Grades 6-8 - 7:15-7:45pm
