Dance & Arts Camp: Holiday Edition

Ages 5–15

This specially designed program is geared towards campers ages 5 through 15. The 2-day mini-camp will cover dance and stage presence, simple prop and scenery construction and costume design all with a holiday twist. Participants will be divided into groups based on age and will learn a dance routine. Parents are encouraged to come early on the Friday of camp to see the dancers perform. Several disciplines of dance will be covered, including jazz, tap, hip hop, and lyrical. Dance attire should include jazz pants or shorts/tight, leotard, and/or a t-shirt. Ballet, jazz and tap shoes are recommended, but not required. Please bring a water bottle, morning snack and healthy sack lunch. Special activities include games, movies, cookie decorating, Candy Cane Ice Cream Social. www.DPParks.org
