We welcome Chef Ron Wells, as the new chef for our popular Cooking Class Series. Wells is currently the Head Chef for the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth in Des Plaines and has been a chef for over 20 years. He will be teaching us how to make dishes from his new cookbook, “A Taste of Ron’s Down Home Cooking.” Wells’ cooking style is classic American cuisine, with a personal twist derived from his Memphis roots. Menus will be available on line one week prior to each class.
