10th Annual "Tailgate" for the Des Plaines Food Pantry on Nov. 24

The 10th
annual Tailgate fundraiser for the
Self-Help Closet & Pantry of Des Plaines will be held on Sunday, Nov. 24 at
Club Casa, 353 N. River Rd., Des Plaines. 
      

          Doors open at 11:30am, with kick-off
at 12:00pm between the Chicago Bears and the St. Louis Rams.

          Cost is $35 ($40 at the door) plus a nonperishable food
donation and includes unlimited beer, wine and soda plus a halftime buffet and
snacks throughout the game.  For tickets

          The Self-Help Closet & Pantry,
located at 600 E. Algonquin Rd., has provided food and clothing to Des Plaines
residents in need since 1971.
