The mild winter and early spring has brought about a number of differences in yards and gardens. Ground ivy, also known as Creeping Charlie, and dandelions have cropped up in many areas.

Not all weed killers, also known as herbicides, are created equal. For most lawn and garden chemicals, it takes two months before you can re-seed grass.
