Community Update

Don is a crook! Came in my home with a shifty looking young guy. One went upstairs. One went downstairs! I was alone. Without asking, my boiler was getting vacuumed downstairs. Dons wisdom was informing me my thermostat required changing. My boiler wasn't firing. When I demanded to know the source of my trouble, I learned, after some detective type questioning, my boiler had a loose wire. Why the thermostat and vacuuming?? My boiler was running again moments after Don went downstairs and touched the wires?? Everything else was Dons appliance honesty piling on the work and unnecessary items to I late his bill!! 404.00......fast!! 28 minutes,....mostly for the thermostat and cleaning I never needed. He said the call was emergent status???? I called the night before and waited until the next morning for his service??? Emergent??
Strangely enough my water pump was constantly running when Don left! I had a real heating guy from Home Heating and Cooling come out and he wired everything correctly! He said the wiring was totally wrong and my circulating pump should only have been running ONLY when the boiler was running after the heat demand signal was sent from the thermostat!!
Dons business on Lee Street and his home on Sycamore in Mt. Prospect both reflect his general nature of business........run down, unkept and in need!!
