They’re Creepy and They’re Kooky, Mysterious and Spooky....

Applications are being accepted for the fifth annual free Halloween House Decorating Contest sponsored by Friends of the Parks. Entries will be accepted through Monday, October 24 and the judging will be on October 28 from 6:00–8:00pm. Homes must be illuminated during the judging hours and all decorations must be visible from the street. Prizes will be awarded in a variety of categories.
