2014...a new year...a new
you. The resolutions resound in your head, but the truth of the matter is that
while you have all kinds of good intentions, you don’t have any more time. No
time to make a specific commitment to a class, on a specific day, at a specific
time. Yet, you want to feel better, get fit, and do something just for you. We
can help! Check your schedule against ours. We have Group Fitness classes that
meet from 6:15 in the morning to 6:15 in the evening. No six or eight week
commitment. Just show up, pay at the door, and get ready to see results. Want
to tone those abs, work your core, punch up your cardio, or just stretch out
those muscles? There is a class for you. Our Group Fitness classes offer a
variety of beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts, from light aerobics
and weight training to body bar toning and step. There are even two Zumba
