Monday Park Playbook: Benvenuto al nostro corso di cucina italiana!

Oh, those dreaded same three words, night in and night out, “What’s for dinner?”  It can be overwhelming after a long day, and, still, you want to feed your family something delicious, nutritious, and creative. Would you like to put inspired dinners on your table with more ease and style? Then, get ready to roll up your sleeves and take a culinary adventure with Chef Ed on Wednesday, October 3, in the newly redesigned kitchen at Prairie Lakes Community Center.

Whether you are a home cook, looking to sharpen your skills, or a chef in training, our Italian Gourmet cooking course is right for you. The small, intimate class is designed for the cook who wants to bring the elegance of authentic Italian fare to their table. Chef will teach the art of savory roasted portabella mushroom caps, breaded eggplant rolls, hearty cheese and sausage stuffed shells, delicate tilapia, and of course, perfect pasta with pesto or alfredo sauce. No matter how you slice it, this class will help refine your culinary expertise, provide a fun night out, and give you the confidence to prepare these simple recipes at home for your family and friends.

What a wonderful way to gather with friends, or meet new ones! Come savor the experience and let Chef Ed take your cooking skills to a whole new level.
