The Monday Parks PlayBook: Fantastic Friday, Fall Trip, and Fun Birthday Parties!

We know how to have fun!

1. Let’s go out on Friday night! Kids ages 5-12 are invited to Fantastic Friday, a supervised evening of fun activities on Friday, September 21, from 5:30-9:00pm, at the . Get your friends together for gym sports and games, arts & crafts, time in the game room, board games, Rockband, Guitar Hero, bags, and outdoor tournaments. Kids have so many choices; there almost isn’t enough time! Day of registration is accepted.

2. Join us for a walk along the beautiful Kankakee River and discover ravines, limestone bluffs, Indian caves, and lands once inhabited by Native Americans. Then discover the beautiful Barn Quilts and the Willow Haven Interpretive Center. We have a wonderful day planned for adults and families on September 23.

3. Are you trying to plan the perfect birthday party for your child? We can help. Choose one of our unique themes such as a Superhero Party, Safari Hunt, Princess Party, or Magic Show. Or, let us design a party tailored to your child’s specific interests. We set it up and help you run the games and events. And, best of all, we clean up!
