This Week’s Wow House a New Traditional Build

This traditional brick and stone house, 637 Howard Ave., was built in 2007, and sits on a deep, professionally landscaped lot, 60 feet by 170 feet, with a patio in the backyard.

The front door opens to a dramatic, two-story foyer, and there are cherry hardwood floors throughout.

The kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, cherry, self-closing, tongue-in-groove cabinets and a pantry. The high-end kitchen opens up to a spacious eating area, and the entire space is 28 feet by 12 feet.

The family room features a cathedral ceiling and surround sound. It also has a wood-burning fireplace with gas starters.
