Elite Training & Fitness, 1479 Market Street in Metropolitan Square, downtown Des Plaines, is officially open for business.
Local officials gathered with Owners Linda Goodwin and Mitch Brown to cut a ribbon marking the event on Monday, September 30, 2013. Hours at Elite are 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday to Friday, and Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The new facility features qualified training staff, elliptical and treadmill machines, full free weight sets, benches, squat racks, a wide range of cables weight machines, and a supervised children’s playing area.
