Open Auditions Coming Up For Oakton CC Summer Show

Have a yen to break into show business?  Now may be your chance!  Play On, Oakton Community College’s student playwriting festival, will be holding open call auditions on Monday, June 13 and Wednesday, June 15 from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Play On, featuring six daring, hilarious, and philosophical one-act plays written and directed by Illinois community college students, will hit the stage on July 26, 27, and 28.  To bring these plays to life, festival directors will be casting men and women of all ages and ethnicities.  No appointment is necessary; aspiring actors may perform cold readings or bring a prepared monologue.
