River Road Will Be Closed Sept. 16-17
A section of River Road will be closed for two evenings.
Due to construction, River Road will be closed between Devon and Touhy avenues Thursday and Friday from 9 p.m.-5 a.m., according to the Des Plaines Public Works and Engineering Department.
