Maine Township OEM Holds Food Drive

The Maine Township Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and Township elected officials were out in the cold and snow on Dec. 14 to collect food and cash donations for the Maine Township Emergency Food Pantry.

Due to the tough economic times and the holidays, the demand on the food pantry is as high as ever. The group was stationed at the Shop ‘N Save in Des Plaines to help keep the pantry supplied.

The Hendricks brothers of Park Ridge were not working the drive but did stop by with their Dad with a nice donation.
