This summertime Laughter Class for adults meets in Northwest Park near Potter Rd. on Northwest Hwy. on the 1st and 3rd Sundays at 10:00 until 11:30 am.
Benefits of group laughter are: exercise for heart and lungs; lowers one's blood pressure; tones the whole body; deep breathing; FUN; contagious laughter when eye-contact occurs; no "right or wrong way" to laugh. All are welcome. Just show up at the Park on Sunday.
