Chef Susan is a local favorite and co-owner of the famous Le Titi de Paris restaurant in Arlington Heights. She has put a lot of thought into creating healthy, delicious meals that can be created quickly and easily, and in this new series, Chef demonstrates how to make some of her favorite dishes. Lunch is provided, so you can eat and learn all at the same time!
